I received a quote for a replacement toilet which was then installed on the day and time they stated. Removed old toilet and mess, then cleaned the area for immediate use! They give you a pricing for all jobs which doesn't change even if there are problems! Have been using them for years while looking after 4 units on the North Shore. Highly recommend!

Like any sewer problem, you need to get it attended to pretty quickly. OTJP came exactly when they said they would which was sooner than I feared and made a temporary repair within a few hours (blocking pipes from tree roots). The permanent fix was a few days later as they needed to help out other poor folk in the same situation as we were in. They returned and replaced/repaired what was needed, installed an access point to make the problem next time easier to access. They did most of this in what was pretty wet weather. I think the job was performed in a highly professional manner, the completed job (tile replacement) if anything looks better than it did and I have a better solution for next time. I was always kept up to date with plans and consulted when and as needed. No problems at all and I do recommend OTJP to anyone needing the services of a competent, responsive and quality team. No plumbing is cheap but I have to say I think the price charged represented very good value for money. I have no complaints.

OTJ Plumbing is our "GO-TO" plumber. We have found them helpful, responsive and flexible about solutions. They even gave us a discount when my son and I dug the trench for a small extension to our storm water.They also added an instant hot water service to our new kitchen after considering various options. That involved tapping into pipes behind new cupboards and mounting the gas HWS on the external wall.

Harrison from OTJ came to diagnose an issue in our drainage. After understanding the issue (tree roots), he talked us through the process of resolving the issue most efficiently and effectively (where other plumbers were recommending more expensive and invasive solutions such as digging up gardens to access pipes or pipe relining).Fast, honest and punctual. These guys were fantastic and are highly recommended.

We have been using On The Job Plumbing for many years and for many different jobs.This time we have added a remote device to the instantaneous hot water system with a great outcome. The kids love it as they can just put the hot water tap on and don’t have to try and adjust the temperature with cold water, fabulous feature.Dan sourced the product we could use and it was done effectively with fabulous service.We will continue to us them as they are always on time and very punctual and would recommend them for any type of plumbing or gas job.

Harrison has been our main plumber and has helped us in several instances with our sewage problems. Reliable, approachable and easy to understand. Can command him on his professionalism. He tells you what he can and cannot do, goes away, gets the answer and comes back to you with an answer/solution/quote. I highly recommend him.The backoffice team is also on the ball, addressing each of my call and passing information between each other. And when I called during the weekend, I ended up talking with Tim (not a voicemail), so I feel I am covered round the clock !Value is 'mid-range', it is not the cheapest, but less than some other plumbers out there. The young lads asked me what the previous plumber did, and immediately suspected it was a hoax. With my permission, in 20 minutes, they cleared the root in the pipe and showed me camera footage that it was all clear. I dodged a bullet with their help!
